WHAT WE ARE

We do two things.

We find off-market houses, put them under contract, and bring them to our investor list.

We also list houses on the open market, the same way any Keller Williams agent does.

The name is two last names: Reaves and Adams.

01 Every offer goes out in the name of RARE Acquisitions LLC.

02 A team member walks the property and takes the photos.

03 Earnest money goes straight to the title company, not to us.

04 Our fee is paid through escrow at close. No close, no fee.
